ESOM100 is highly-integrated, cost-effective effective, small size (53x30 mm) System-on-Module (SoM) which drastically reduce the development time needed to design a low-power and low-EMI Linux Embedded devices.

ESOM100 based on Atmel’s 400MHz AT91SAM9x5 series processors including 128MB DDR2 SDRAM, 256MB NAND flash and Ethernet PHY. It has 130-pins connection possibility with gold-plated to provide an interface to bring out all I/O signals and its embedded peripherals. -40 to +85 Celsius operation temperature range make ESOM100 ready to go embedded solution for any automotive, industrial and consumer products.

ESOM100 is designed to boot a Linux Embedded distribution compiled for ARM9 architecture from internal NAND flash and by default, a ready-to-use Linux installed for you.
